Open Source Thin Client Server - Implementation Overview
The DLW Serv N20 is designed for easy integration into an existing IT Infrastructure. Configured with two network interfaces, the DLW Serv N20 is deployed seamlessly, eliminating disruption to existing networks. The diagram below is an example of your network infrastructure after implementing the DLW Serv N20. To realize maximum performance a 10/100/1000 network infrastructure is recommended.

DLW Serv N20 Support

General Support

DisklessWorkstations.com will provide Tier 1 support for the DLW Serv N20. The Customer is to first notify DisklessWorkstations.com regarding any issues with the DLW Serv N20, whether hardware or software related. DisklessWorkstations.com will then assist the Customer in contacting the appropriate party, whether DisklessWorkstations.com or a third-party to provide the proper assistance and support.

LTSP^® Support

DisklessWorkstations.com will support any issue regarding LTSP to the best of their ability. The support is defined in the DLW Serv N20 Service Level Agreement.

Software Support

DisklessWorkstations.com cannot fix bugs, improve, or repair third-party software. DisklessWorkstations.com will work in the Customer's best interest to support any software used with the DLW Serv N20, as defined in the DLW Serv N20 Service Level Agreement.

Hardware Support

Any issues regarding DLW Serv N20 Hardware only, are to be handled by Pogo Linux. DisklessWorkstations.com will assist the Customer in diagnosing the issues as well as initiating contact with Pogo Linux.
