LTSP Term 1000 is a revolutionary device, especially for limited physical space and temperature concerns. It can attach to any VESA mounting fixture, allowing it to be securely mounted to desks or walls minimizing clutter in your work area. Attach the workstation directly to any size LCD for use at trade shows, presentations, promotions, etc. Furthermore, with a FANLESS design, LTSP Term 1000 is ideal to be used in environments where temperature demand is critical, such as factory floors.

Boot times with LTSP version 5 included with Ubuntu 7.04 and earlier are very long ~ 3 minutes

Please note this is a low powered thin client meant for basic computing tasks. Browsing web sites with Flash animation or graphically intense content render slowly.

Sound is not supported under Ubuntu LTSP or LTSP 4.2 kernel 2.6.20-*
